The PSD300/DEA control unit is designed to autonomously control a self-adhesive labelling machine driven by stepper motor, synchronised with the advancing of the item to label.
Highly configurable through a detailed list of parameters, from those related to the mechanical configuration to those related to the format, it is suited both for installation on new machines and for the upgrade of old ones.
Built in an aluminium container predisposed for panel mounting, it contains a bipolar power converter for stepper motor control, a display and a keyboard for setting the parameters and visualising the operative conditions, digital and analog interface I/Os, and the control logic run by microprocessor.
Available versions:
PSD307/DEA - for stepper motors from 3 to 7A rms. - Power supply from 32 to 80Vdc.
PSD310/DEA - for stepper motors from 6 to 10A rms. - power supply from 32 to 80Vdc.
Main parameters:
Delay after start - sets the millimeters of advance of the item to label before the start of the motor.
Advance after stop - sets the millimeters of advance of the label tape after the stop signal.
Maximum velocity - expressed in meters per minute
Ramps length - expressed in millimeters
Missing labels counter - sets how many missing labels are necessary to activate the alarm signal
